As a Personal Trainer and Powerlifting Instructor, I specialize in creating customized workout programs that fit your unique needs. And as a Nutritionist and Corrective Exercise Specialist, I can help you optimize your diet for maximum results while also addressing any imbalances or injuries that may be holding you back.
Finally, with my J3 University Applied Hypertrophy Certification under my belt – which focuses on muscle growth – we can work together to build lean muscle mass safely and effectively.
